🧘Yoga Day -- FREE YOGA🧘

Yoga Michigan invites you to a free yoga class in celebration of Yoga Day. Leave all your worries behind and enjoy a relaxing evening to end your hectic week. Bring a mat if you have one (a few loaners are available if you don't), a bottle of water, and your positive energy. ⚡

All levels are welcome. If you can sit on the floor and get up without assistance, you can do this class. Those who decide to start a new practice will have an opportunity to buy a 10-class punch card and receive a 2nd one for absolutely FREE ($120 value - new students only). Share it with family or friends, give it away as a gift, or use it yourself.

Class will be held in the gymnasium of Hope Lutheran Church, at 39200 W 12 Mile Rd, Farmington Hills. Park in the lot facing 12 Mile Rd. Enter from the 12 Mile Rd entrance and head straight ahead. You will see the gymnasium slightly to the right, next to the coat rack. Please take your shoes off before entering.

No need to pre-register. Please arrive a few minutes early, as we begin at 6PM sharp. We would love to meet you!
